本文通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对徐州市公务员的体育健身意识和行为进行了调查和分析,并对如何培养公务员体育健身意识和行为提出了相应对策。

This paper presents the results of a survey of the awareness and conduction of physical exercises of XuZhou civil servants, based on literature review： questionnaires and statistics. Moreover, it proposes several suggestions concerning how to promote that awareness and conduction.
