论农民工劳动权现状及实现对策

我国经济和社会发展迅速,大量农民工涌入城市从事产业劳动。由于城乡分割的二元户籍制度等一系列法律及制度方面的原因,农民工的劳动权遭到了极大侵害,生存状况令人担忧。因此有必要分析农民工失权的原因,并从法律运行角度即立法、守法、司法、执法来提出解决问题的建议及方法,力求从某种程度上解决或者缓解农民工问题,促进我国社会主义和谐社会的建设。

In our country , economic and social has developped rapidly. A plenty of peasant laborer engaging in estate working has flooded into a city . Right to work of the peasant laborer has been destroyed extremely and survival situation has made people anxious because of census register system of partitioned binary of city and countryside . So it is necessary to analyse the reason for peasant laborer losing right, and we should find suggestion and method solving a problem from an angle of law running such as legis- lation, abiding by the law, the judiciary and enforcing the law. we make effort to resolve and relieve the problem of peasant laborer on degree , and promote harmonious of socialism society construction in our country.
