摘要
事实错误是犯罪主观方面的重要内容,与故意和过失密切相关。以事实错误的概念为基础,对事实错误进行详细的分类,以期对事实错误的处理提供科学指引。
Factual error , the important content of the subjective aspects of crime, is directly related with the criminal intent and criminal negligence. This paper bases on the concept of factual error and classifies factual error in detail , so as to make scientific guide to the solution of factual error.
