摘要
利用Origin软件的快速傅立叶变换(FFT)分析A/D转换动态精度存在的频谱泄漏问题。解决频谱泄漏的方法有很多,本文介绍一种减少频谱泄漏的线性插值方法,并与其它方法进行比较。
The spectrum leakage always consist in the analysis of dynamic accuracy of Analog-to-digital converter by FFT,There are many means to solve it. This arctical mainly introduce a method, linear interpolation, to reduce spectrum leakage in FFT test, and compare it to other methods.
