摘要
研究了不同浓度Ca2+溶液浸种对辣木种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,Ca2+浓度为10mmol·L-1最有利于种子萌发和幼苗生长,其种子萌发率、发芽势、简化活力指数、根长、根数、苗高、茎粗、叶片数等均显著高于对照,随着浓度升高作用减弱,20mmol·L-1Ca2+的处理对种子萌发率和发芽势有明显的抑制作用。Ca2+浸种虽然增加了平均萌发天数,但显著提高了出苗率。
The influences of seed soaking in Ca^2+ solution with different concentrationson the seed germination and seedling growth of Moringa sp. were studied. Results showed that it was beneficial to the seed germination and seedling growth by using 10mmol·L^-1Ca^2+ concentration. The seed germination rate, germination vigor simple vigor index, radicle length and number, seedling height, stem diameter and leaf number were conspicuously higher than CK, and were decreased by high Ca^2+ concentration. When the Ca^2+ concentration was 20mmol·L^-1,the seed germination rate and germination vigor were obviously depressed. The Ca^2+ can increase the average time of the germination ,but the rate of seedling emergence was markedly increased.
