摘要
本试验从四川绵阳银杏叶中分离得到480个内生真菌菌株,按经典系统分类方法分为子囊菌Ascomycota、胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides、球壳孢科Sphaeropsidaceae、炭疽菌属Colletotrichum sp.、毛壳菌属Chaetomium sp.、黑孢霉属Nigrospora sp.、交链孢属Alternaria sp.和拟盘多毛孢属Pestalotiopsissp.八大类,其中子囊菌为银杏叶内生真菌的优势菌群,占总菌株数的46.3%。对八大类内生真菌进行抑制细菌活性检测,结果得出2株球壳孢科菌和2株胶孢炭疽菌对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较好的抑制作用,尤其是对大肠杆菌的抑制效果最好。
480 strains of endophytic fungi from ginkgo leaves were isolated, which were identified as Ascomycota, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Sphaeropsidaceae, Colletotrichum, Chaetomium, Nigrospora, Alternaria and Pestalotiopsis based on morphological taxonomy. And the proportion of dominant fungi Ascomycota was 46.3%. Anti-bacteria experiments were carried out to show their inhibition to E.coli. 2 strains, S.aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, obviously inhibited Sphaeropsidaceae and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, especially E.coli.
