浅析应收账款管理中存在的问题及对策

Brief Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures in Account Receivable Management

市场经济是信用经济,随着我国经济发展的市场化程度日益加深,企业应收账款的管理已成为企业管理的重要组成部分,关系到企业生存和发展。但目前很多企业对应收账款的管理认识不清,在应收账款的管理中存在很多的问题。因此,文章从分析企业应收账款管理中普遍存在的问题入手,提出相应的解决对策。

The market economy is an economy based on credit, with the increasing market-oriented development of Chinese economy, enterprise receivable management has become an important component of enterprise management. It is vital to the survival and development of enterprises. However, many enterprises have not a clear understanding of the account receivable management, there are a considerable number of issues in the account receivable management. This paper analyzed problems prevailed in account receivable management of enterprises and put forward the corresponding solutions.
