摘要
利用组态技术和无线通信技术对变压器真空干燥过程的监控系统进行了技术改造,重点是把现场监控与无线监控系统相结合,然后通过扩展串口连接GSMModem无线通信模块设计无线监控服务程序,并设计现场组态软件与无线通信服务程序的连接。本设计充分利用工业现场监控系统原有资源简便扩展了无线监控系统。方法简便,具有一定的创新性和推广价值。
In this paper, configuration technology and the wireless communication are used for the vacuum drying for transformer in monitoring system, the key point is the combination of scene monitoring, wireless monitoring and control system. By connecting the expand serial port module with GSM MODEM, we design wireless monitoring service server, and redesigns scene configuration soft- ware and wireless monitoring service connection. This designmake full use of original resources of industry scene monitoring system and expand wireless monitoring and control system. The method is innovative and has promotion value.
