金茵颗粒剂抗炎及镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Effects of Jinyin Granule

目的观察金茵颗粒剂对急性炎症反应的抑制作用及镇痛作用。方法二甲苯涂布法及热板法分别观察金茵颗粒剂对急性炎症所致肿胀、疼痛反应的抑制作用。结果金茵颗粒剂低、中、高剂量组对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀均有明显抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较差异显著(低剂量组P<0.05,中、高剂量组P<0.01);金茵颗粒剂高剂量组于给药后30分钟及60分钟对热板刺激所致小鼠疼痛反应有抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较差异显著(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论金茵颗粒剂具有抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective To observe the inhibition effect of Jinyin granule to acute inflammation of mice and it＇s analgesic effect. Methods The anti-inflammation effect of Jinyin granule was observed through the inhibition to the swelling Auricles of mice induced by the inunctions of dimethylbenzene;the analgesic effect of Jinyin granule was observed after the pain threshold was recorded when mice were put on the hot-board, pain detector manufactured by ourselves. Results Compared with normal saline group,the swelling was inhibited remarkably in the low, middle and high dose groups of Jinyin granule （P 〈0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.01） and the pain was relieved significantly in the high dose of Jinyin granule 30 minutes and 60 minutes later after being given the drug by gastrograge （P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Jinyin granule has anti- inflammation effect and analgesic effect.
