The thesis introduced the designing of the single-phase multifunctional electricity meter based on MAXQ3120.The solution of the muhifunctional electricity meter were are given to record usable power and transmit data automatically and realize muhirate charge after analyzing it at detail. The parts of system circuit were given as well as the frame of system software and data communication protocols. At last some advice was taken according to test result.
