摘要 针对ANSYS软件不能通过轨道信息模拟太空环境下的温度场,提出了利用I-DEAS软件和ANSYS软件相结合进行星载天线热分析的方法和基本步骤。该方法首先通过I-DEAS软件计算出太空环境下的温度场,然后利用Delphi语言编写的接口程序把I-DEAS的计算结果导入到ANSYS中去,最后通过ANSYS计算出在轨星载天线的热变形和热应力。通过一具体的算例,说明了此方法的可行性和有效性。 Because of the temperature field in space environment could not be simulated through orbital information by ANSYS software, the method and step for the thermal analysis of a space-borne antenna were put forward, by combining the I-DEAS software and ANSYS software. In this method the temperature field of a space-borne antenna was simulated by I-DEAS software, and the results computed by I-DEAS software were put into ANSYS software by the interface which written by Delphi language, and the thermal distortion and thermal stress of a space-borne antenna were computed by ANSYS software. At last, a thermal analysis example of a space-borne antenna was given. And the rationafity and validity of the presented method were demonstrated.
