摘要
目的:观察新型三维生物支架聚丙交酯-乙交酯共聚物[poly(dl-lactide-co-glycolide),PLGA]/甲壳胺无纺布的生物安全性及组织相容性。方法:将PLGA/甲壳胺无纺布三维生物支架植入兔皮下,分别于术后2、4、8、12周进行血常规、肝功能、肾功能检测,观察切口局部情况及心、肝、肾组织学变化,植入支架局部取材进行组织学检查。结果:术后不同时间血常规、肝功能、肾功能检测与术前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),心、肝、肾组织学检查观察均未见病理性改变。体内植入大体观察及组织形态学检查显示其具有良好组织相容性。结论:PLGA/甲壳胺无纺布新型三维生物支架具有良好的生物安全性及组织相容性。
Objective To observe the safety and biocompatibility of a novel scaffold made by poly (dl-lactideco-glycolide) (PLGA) embedding with chitosan nonwoven cloth. Methods Novel scaffolds were subcutaneously implanted in rabbits. Complete blood count was performed, and liver function and renal function were measured at week 2, 4, 8 and 12 after the procedure. The incision sites and the histologic changes in the heart, liver, and kidney were observed. The samples from the scaffolds were histologically detected. Results There were no significant differences in complete blood count, liver function, or renal function at different time points after implantation as compared with the baseline (P 〉 0.05). No pathological changes were observed in the heart, liver, or kidney. The scaffold implant revealed a better biocompatibility. Conclusion The novel scaffold has ideal safety and biocompatibility.
