整体叶盘制造毛坯设计原则与设计方法研究

Research on Design Principles and Methods of Blisk Manufacture Roughcast

整体叶盘是高性能航空发动机上采用的新技术,广泛应用于国内外新型航空发动机和弹用动力装置中。该技术的应用促进了航空发动机零件的结构创新,新结构零件的研制需要采用新的设计方法实现其制造毛坯的设计。本文提出的整体叶盘毛坯设计原则和设计方法是整体叶盘技术应用中系列化制造技术的重要组成部分。

Blisk is a new integrated structure of blades and disk widely used in the new aero-engine with high performance and the power equipment for missiles all over the world. The structures of aero-engine parts are innovated by the application of this technique. To research the parts with new structures, new design methods are needed to realize the design of manufacture roughcast. The design principles and methods proposed in this paper are the important composing parts of series manufacture techniques in applying the blisk technology.
