摘要
刀具的智能选配是CAPP系统的关键技术之一。刀具的选择过程是一个多因素多目标优化的过程,通过对影响因素的分析筛选,建立刀具选择评判因素集。采用数据挖掘的方法从已有的工艺经验中挖掘出刀具选配的潜在规则,建立刀具选配规则知识库,并以知识库为支撑,提出了一种刀具搜索优化算法,用于提高刀具选配的效率,为开发智能化SmartCAPP系统提供有力的支持。
Cutter Intelligent match is a key technology of CAPP system.Cutter match is a multi-target optimizing process involved with lots of factors.A set of evaluation elements is built based on analyzing of the involved elements.The latent rules are found from process experiences with the way of data mining and a cutter match knowledge Data base is built for the system.A new algorithm is advanced to improve the efficiency of cutter match and support the intelligent SmartCAPP system.
