ZL101A在铸造生产现场的一次熔炼技术

摘要 以高压开关用ZL101A铸件的熔炼工艺为例,对ZL101A在铸造生产现场的1次熔炼工艺进行了研究,并介绍了具体的工艺措施。采用该工艺后,可减少1次ZL101A的熔炼过程,在降低烧损、节省能源的同时,降低了ZL101A熔炼的总体成本。采用ZL101A在铸造生产现场的1次熔炼技术,不影响铸件的机械性能,采取适当的工艺措施,还可以使铸件得到良好的机械性能。 Taking the high-voltage switch with the ZL101A casting smelting technology as the example,on the one time smelting technology of the Al-Si alloy in the casting is studied in this paper and producing scene,and the technology process is introduced in detailed.By this technology,one time of the smelting process of Al-Si alloy can be reduced,and the loss of smelting,the overall cost of the Al-Si alloy smelted is reduced while reducing losses and saving energy.The foundry parts can obtain good mechanical properties by using the one time smelting technological process of the ZL101A.
