摘要
为了解决无溶剂聚氨酯涂料黏度高、凝胶时间短,刷涂困难等问题,研究了一种以HDI三聚体作为固化剂,聚氨酸酯作为树脂的新的固化体系,讨论了HDI三聚体和聚氨酸酯种类对聚氨酯涂层的凝胶时间、施工寿命、物理性能等的影响。结果表明,这种刷涂型无溶剂聚氨酯具有黏度低、凝胶时间可调等特点,可以采用刷涂、喷涂、滚涂等多种施工方式,具有优异的附着力、防腐性能、耐介质性能及物理性能等。
A new class of brushable pure solid polyurethane,and its chemistry,property and application fields are described.The effects on the property especially gel time,work life,physical property are studied,which is generated by the HDI and polyaspartic.It shows low viscosity and can be manual applied.The coating has excellent adhesion to substrate and good corrosion resistance..
