摘要
以四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二氨的溶液为反应体系,在反应过程中通过加入氨水调节pH值来控制反应过程,制备出纳米羟基磷灰石粉体。并且通过XRD衍射仪和透射电子显微镜(TEM)仪器对于样品的晶体结构和颗粒的形貌进行了表征。结果表明,采用适当的摩尔浓度、pH值及搅拌速度,可以制备出纳米级羟基磷灰石粉体,且冷冻干燥处理后粉体为纳米针状结构的HA晶体;而600℃热处理后形成具有纳米棒状晶体结构的羟基磷灰石。
The hydroxypatite nanoparticles were synthesized in liquid-state reaction process by using Ca(NO3)2O4H2O and(NH4)2HPO4 dissolving in distilled water adjusted the pH value by NH3·H2O.The x-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to characterize the crystal phase and morphology of nanoscale hydroxypatite(HA)powder.The HA nanoparticles were after-treated under the freeze dryer and thermal treatment at 600 ℃.The experimental results show that HA nanoparticles have the different morphology and similar crystal structures under the different after-treatment methods.
