摘要
研究了以硫酸镍作为镍源在AZ91D镁合金表面直接化学镀镍工艺,并用SEM观察镀层的表面形貌,用Leica显微硬度计测试了镀层的显微硬度,用Chi660电化学测量系统和盐雾箱研究了镀层的耐蚀性能,Table检测其磨损性能,结果表明,所得镀层致密,光亮,结合力好,可有效地保护镁合金。
The paper studies on the process and performances of direct-electroless Ni-P on magnesium alloy.The composition,morphology,wear resistance,hardness of the coating are analyzed by means of SEM,table wear tester and Leica micro-hardness tester.The results show that the obtained coating have high hardness,excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance,which can effectively protect Mg alloy.
