青年与老年脑梗死临床特点对比分析

Clinical characteristics of young and elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析青年、老年脑梗死的危险因素及临床特点差异,以便加强早期防治工作。方法将脑梗死患者按年龄分为青年组和老年组,比较两组性别、危险因素、病因、分型和预后差异。结果老年组与冠心病、糖尿病关系密切。结论青年人脑梗死病因更为复杂多样,很多危险因素可以提前干预,健康的生活方式对预防本病非常重要,强调加强脑血管疾病的一级预防。

Objective To investigate different clinical characteristics of young and elderly patients with cerebral infarction so that evidence is provided for the early prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods All patients with cerebral infarction were classified as young group（≤44 years old） and elderly group（~65 years old）. The differences between both groups were compared in terms of sex, risk factors,etiology,types and prognosis. Results Common risk factors in both groups were atherosclerosis ,hypertension, and hyperlipid. In the young group, cerebral infarction was mainly associated with valvular heart disease, migraine,oral contraceptive-taken,and so on, whereas it was correlated with coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus and high blood viscosity in the elderly group. Conclusion As compared with the elderly patients, the etiology in young patients is more complex, most of which are preventable beforehand. Healthy life style is important to prevent this disease.
