摘要
针对目前在生产和生活中使用的机械式纸张计数装置存在的体积大、成本高以及存在较多局限性的现状,提出了一种基于数学形态学的纸张计数算法,通过二值形态学开闭以及膨胀运算填充纸张条纹中的孔洞,使得计数精确度大为提高,能够满足实际生产的应用。
At present, the mechanical sheet numbering equipment applied in our production and life, which owns the problem of big volume and high cost, is in the more limited status quo, Aiming at improving the situation, by filling in the holes between the stripes on the paper in the way of two kinds of morphological counting methods--- open and close as well as dilation, a kind of noise eliminating and correcting method based on mathematical morphology has been put forward by which the numbering precision can be enhanced and its application in the practical production can be satisfied.
