白藜芦醇对兔动脉粥样硬化模型外周血中hs-CRP和SAA的影响 被引量:4

The Effects of Resveratrol on the Serum Levels of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and Serum Amyloid-a of Rabbits with Unstable Artery Plague

摘要 目的利用高胆固醇饮食并免疫损伤诱发的动脉粥样硬化斑块模型,探讨白藜芦醇对动脉粥样硬化家兔模型外周血中高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和淀粉样A蛋白(SAA)血清浓度的影响。方法高脂喂养加免疫损伤处理43只新西兰白兔,构建动脉粥样硬化模型并检测。将存活的40只白兔随机分为4组:白藜芦醇小剂量组(n=10)、中剂量组(n=10)、大剂量组(n=10)和对照组(n=10)。检测并比较建模前、模型成功后及白藜芦醇治疗后hs-CRP和SAA的血清浓度的变化。结果模型成功后hs-CRP和SAA水平均显著升高(P<0.01),白藜芦醇处理后大、中、小剂量组hs-CRP和SAA水平显著降低(P<0.01),大、中、小剂量组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP和SAA可以作为动脉粥样硬化(AS)的预测指标;白藜芦醇对AS有预防及治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on the serum levels of high-sensi-tivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum amyloid-a(SAA) of rabbits with artery plague. Methotis Animal model of artherosclerosis(AS) in 43 Newzealand white rabbits was established by feeding food riched in high cholesterol and immune damage. All the 40 rabbits alive were random divided into control group and low dose,medium dose and high dose group (10 rabbits every group). We measured the levels of hs-CRP and SAA,and analyzed their relations among the levels of normal rabbits, rabbits with AS and rabbits with AS after treatment. Results In comparison with the healthy rabbits,the serum levels of hs-CRP and SAA of rabbits with AS were obviously elevated (P〈0.01). All three dose of resveratrol was obviously reduced the contents of serum hs-CRP and SAA after raised with resveratrol (P〈0. 01). There was obvious difference among low dose, medium dose and high dose group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Hs-CRP and SAA can be the prognostic factors of AS. It shows that resveratrol has an applied value on preventing and treating the happening and developing of AS.
