深静脉血栓患者与分子标记物的研究

摘要 目的通过对深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者多种分子标记物的检测,探讨高凝状态在DVT患者发病机制中的重要作用。方法选择42例经静脉造影确诊的DVT患者,以30例健康体检者作为对照组,测定D二聚体(DD),血管性假血友病因子抗原(VWF:Ag),组织因子(TF)和组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)的血浆含量。结果DVT患者DD,VWF:Ag,TF,TFPI含量明显高于对照组,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论DVT患者血浆DD、VWF:Ag、TF、TFPI水平在一定程度上增高,反映了血管内皮细胞损伤和血液高凝状态,对诊断和指导抗凝及溶栓提供了重要依据。 Objective To study the value of blood coagulation in patients with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) by measure the molecular markers in DVT patients. Methods 42 DVT patients diagnosed by venougraphy and 30 normal controls were studied. All the patients and controls were evaluated respectively by examining their blood D-dimer(DD), tissue factor(TF), tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TF- PI),von willebrand factor:Ag(VWF:Ag) level. Results The plasma DD,VWF:Ag,TF,TFPI in DVT patients were significanly higher than that of controls (P〈0. 01), obvious difference exists between them. Conclusions The levels of DD,VWF:Ag,TF,TFPI in DVT patients were higher than that of controls suggested that endotholial cell injury and blood coagulation, which provide an important proof for diagnosis of anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy.
