摘要
阐述了引发剂的作用机理,采用多种单体合成了聚丙烯酸类浆料,测试了浆料的粘度和粘附力,分析了引发剂用量对浆液外观、稳定性、粘度和粘附力的影响。结果表明,当引发剂用量在0.6%时,合成的浆料稳定性好,粘度适中,粘附性好。
The action mechanism of initiator was clarified. The polyacrylic acid size was synthesized by using multiple monomers. The viscosity and adhesive force of size were tested. The influence of initiator dosage on appearance, stability, viscosity and adhesive force of size. The results showed that the stability, viscosity and adhesive force of synthesized size were preferred when initiator dosage was 0. 6%.
