摘要
针对炼钢工序中定氧加铝系统的工艺及控制要求,基于西门子S7-300 PLC,MM440变频器和现场总线技术设计了定氧加铝自动控制系统,PLC和MM440之间采用PROFIBUS DP现场总线技术进行通讯。运行结果表明,该自动控制系统运行稳定,具有良好的准确性、快速性和即时性等。
Aimed at the technical and control requirement in steel-making, an automatic fixed-oxygen a luminum addition control system is designed based on SIMATIC ST-300PLC and MM440 inverter. The communication between PLC and MM440 is realized by PROFIBUS-DP. It is found that the auto matic control system operates stably with good accuracy, rapidity and timeliness.
