摘要
应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测59例大肠癌和40例正常大肠粘膜组织FHIT和Survivin基因的表达。结果表明:大肠癌组织FHIT和Survivin表达的阳性率分别为49.2%,45.8%,正常大肠粘膜组织FHIT和Survivin表达的阳性率分别为77.5%,12.5%,二者FHIT和Survivin阳性表达的差异均有显著意义(P<0.05);FHIT表达与大肠癌临床分级(P<0.001)、Dukes分期(P<0.001)和淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.001)。Survivin表达均与大肠癌临床分级、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移无关;在大肠癌中,FHIT和Survivin表达之间呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。
The expression of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) and Survivin was investigated in 59 cases of primary colorectal carcinoma and 40 cases of normal colorectal tissue by using immunohistochemistri- cal S-P. It was found that,in colorectal carcinoma, the positive rates of FHIT and Survivin protein are 49.2%(29/59) and 45.8% (27/59) while in normal colorectal tissue,the positive rates of FHIT and Survivin protein are 77. 5% and 12. 5% respectively. There are significant differences in FHIT and Survivin protein expression between colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissue(P〈0.05). It was also found that the expression of FHIT protein is closely associated with histologic grade( P〈 0. 001 ) , Dukes' stage(P〈0. 001) and lymph node metastasis(P〈0. 001). There is no correlation between Survivin protein expression and histologic grade, Dukes' stage and lymph node metastasis( P〈0.05). A negative correlation is present between FHIT and Survivin protein expression (P〈 0. 001). It is thus concluded that the low FHIT and high Survivin protein may prompt formation of colorectal caicinoma.
