摘要
对部分初中学生进行实验研究,结果表明《体育(与健康)课程标准》的实施有利于提高学生的自尊、自信、体育兴趣、情感、意志及总体心理水平。分析其原因主要是体育新课程的理念、教学实践等符合心理学规律,能充分发挥学生学习的主体性,实现被动学习向主动学习转化,学习过程中的良好情感体验有利于心理品质发展。最后对促进学生心理健康的体育教学经验进行了总结,以期为体育新课程教学提供参考。
An experimental research was conducted among some middle school students. Results showed that the complementation of the Physical Education and Fitness Curriculum Standard was favorable for them to improve their self-esteem, self-confidence, sport interest, emotion, and volition. We analyzed the reasons and drew a conclusion that the Physical Education and Fitness Curriculum conformed to the psychological rule ideologically and practically. It could stimulate students to learn actively. Good emotional experience in the learning course was valuable for the students to develop mental health. It aimed to offer reference for the teaching on new curriculum by summarizing the sport teaching experience in promoting students' mental health.
