摘要
从博弈论的角度,引入寡占的斯塔克博格模型,分析跨国公司利用各方面的优势,采取掠夺性定价等手段,达到强占以至寡占我国市场的垄断策略;并且构造市场进入博弈模型分析跨国公司实施掠夺性定价手段的前提条件;最后从政府立法和提高企业国际竞争力两个角度提出对策建议。
Multinational corporations make use of advantages and predatory price to monopolize markets in China.This paper emphatically uses the Stackelberg model to analyze the procedure of monopoly in the game perspective,and builds a market-entering game model to analyze the conditions of adopting predatory price.Furthermore this paper makes a suggestion from two aspects,including government legislation and improving enterprise international competition.
