Talent construction is counted as the key to winning the future war for Chinese force,and consequently the improvement of the structure and quality of military talents should,based on the need of the information war,be planned as a whole and in a scientific way.Meanwhile,by taking full advantage of national education and,further,the education resources of China from the aspect of educational concepts,talent planning and education system,new ways to cultivate modern military talents should be launched and secured.
