冠心舒康胶囊对犬急性实验性心肌缺血的影响

Effect of Guanxinshukang Capsules(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,etc. ) on Acute Experimental Blood-deficit Cardiac Muscle of Dogs

结扎冠状动脉前降支造成犬急性实验性心肌缺血，通过对心外膜电图、血液流变学测定、血清乳酸脱氨酶和磷酸肌酸激酶测定及心肌定量组织学测定，观察冠心舒康胶囊对犬急性实验性心肌缺血的影响。结果表明：冠心舒康ig给药可显著减轻犬心肌缺血的程度和范围，明显降低全血粘度、血清乳酸脱氨酶和磷酸肌酸激酶含量。

The authors established the dog model of acute experimental blood-deficit cardiac muscle induced by ligature of foredescending branch of arteria coronaria .and investigated the effect of Guanxinshukang Capsules on the model through the determinations of exterria cardium electrocardiogram, blood rheology, serum LDH,creatine phosphokinase and quantitative histology of cardiac muscle. As a result,this capsules(ig) can greatly decrease the degree and range of blood -deficit cardiac muscle of dog. lowered whole blood adhesion, and the contents of serum LDH,creatine phosphokinase.
