关于构建和谐学校的思考

学校作为社会的有机组成部分,其独特的地位和功能使其在和谐社会的构建中起着基础性作用。和谐学校的构建必须把德育作为和谐学校构建的基础、建立良好的人际关系作为和谐学校构建的关键、培养和谐人格作为和谐学校构建的核心。

As an organic constituent of society, school plays foundational role because of its unique status and special function. In construction of harmonious school, moral education should be taken as foundation, good interpersonal relationship should play the key role, and harmonious personality should be taken as the core.
