科学发展观指导下的经营城市原则

科学发展观是具有划时代意义的发展观,对于当前各级政府的经营城市实践有着重要的指导意义。当前部分城市在经营城市实践中出现了各种过度经营的现象和不合理的经营城市行为,违背了科学发展观的要求。各级政府在经营城市中,必须遵循以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展原则,站在构建社会主义和谐社会的政治高度,严格规范各类经营城市行为。

The concept of scientific development is an important guidance for contemporary city managements implemented by different government agencies. In the practice of city managements, there are many kinds of phenomenon and action which act against the demand of the concept of scientific development, for example, managing the city excessively and unreasonably. In the process of city managements, all levels of governments must follow the principle of scientific development which is humanistic, general, harmonious and sustainable. They also should control all kinds of city managements strictly by the political concept of building up a harmonious socialist society.
