摘要
采用小鼠疲劳模型研究了抗疲劳Ⅰ号抗疲劳、抗缺氧药理作用。结果表明:此药能明显延长小鼠游泳时间和抓棒时间,并明显延长小鼠在常压缺氧和血液性缺氧时的存活时间及大脑对缺血、缺氧的耐受时间,增强小鼠耐缺氧的能力。提示该制剂具有促进恢复和消除疲劳及提高运动能力的效用。
This paper reported the effects of a traditional Chinese medicine Antifatigue Ⅰ against tiredness and anoxia in mouse model.The experiment results showed that the preparaion significantly prolonged the swimming time and grasping time;the survival time of mouse was obviously prolonged during hypotonic hypoxia and hemic hypoxia;the tolerance time of brain ischemia and anoxia was largely increased as well.Antifatigue Ⅰis a possible preparation for improving movement ability,promoting recovery and removing tiredness.
