摘要
针对子母弹子弹引信存在的故障保险瞎火率偏高的问题,分析了问题发生的原因,并用So lidW orks建立模型,利用质量特性与测量工具,采用增加扭簧预扭力矩、调整转子质心的方法,对子弹转子进行了改进设计,使产品性能有了很大改善.经过靶场试验验证,其故障保险状态瞎火率明显减少,降至2%以下,能够满足战技指标要求.
The cause that the misfiring rate of fail-safe in the sub-munition fuze of the cargo projectile is abnormally high is analyzed, and the method by adding pre-torsional moment of the torsion spring and adjusting the mass center of the rotor is adopted to optimize the rotor of the sub-munition fuze, which based on quality characteristic and measuring tool to create SolidWorks modeling program. Through the shooting range experimentation, the misfiring rate of fail-safe is decreased to below 2 % distinctly, and it can fulfill the tactical and technical index.
