摘要
目的探讨医药领域情感营销策略。方法分析了情感营销涵义及表现形式,把产品与情感挂起钩来,以"情"感动客户,以"情"赢得市场。结果与结论提出实施情感营销策略及应注意的问题。
Objective To determine the strategies of emotional marketing in the medicinal field. Methods The meaning and the form of emotional marketing were analyzed. The product and the emotion were combined to affect customers by emotion and to win the market by emotion. Results and Conclusion The strategies of emotional marketing in the medicinal field are recommended and things to pay attention to are mentioned.
