摘要
目的通过自配凝血酶试剂自制促凝管,用于加速血液凝固,与传统方法的血液凝固时间对比,评价其应用价值。方法选20例无出血性疾病的(无血管壁异常、无血小板异常、无凝血机制障碍)健康人为检测对象。用两种方法对检测对象的静脉血进行血液凝固时间的观察。结果含凝血酶试剂组血液凝固时间平均为2.5min,不含凝血酶试剂的血液凝固时间在1h以上。对两种方法分别分离的20例血清标本的12项生化指标检验结果进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对两组血清标本进行快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原、丙型肝炎抗体和甲型肝炎抗体检测,其结果完全一致。结论加入凝血酶试剂的自制促凝管大大加速了血液凝固,缩短了血清完全析出的时间,对检测结果无影响。此法分离血清优于传统方法。
Objective The purpose of the study is to compare the blood clotting time between self made stimulative coagulation tube and traditional method dealing with blood, and to evaluate the clinical application of the selfmade thrombin promoting blood clotting. Methods Twenty healthy subjects without each of hemorrhagic diseases (e. g vessel wall abnormality, platelet disorder and disturbances of blood coagulation) were enrolled. Twelve items of biochemistry indices in 20 cases of blood samples were measured with the above two methods and the results between two groups were compared. Results The mean clotting time was 2.5 rain and above 1 h in test group (using tubes containing prothrombin reagent) and control group (using common tubes without prothrombin reagent) respectively. There were no significant differences of 12 items of biochemistry indices between the two groups (P〈C0.05). The results of rapid plasma regain (RPR), HBsAg, anti-HCV and anti-HAV in two groups was coincident with clotting time measurement. Conclusion The additive prothrombin in self-made stimulative coagulation tube promotes blood clotting, and shortens serum separating time. The novel technique is superior to the traditional method.
