太阳中风病机探微

Primary Exploration of Pathogenesis of Attack of Taiyang Channel by Wind

该文对仲景太阳中风病机之表虚、卫强、荣弱、营卫不和作了深入探讨。认为太阳中风表虚证之表虚，是卫虚感风所致之表虚，而非单纯卫虚之表虚；卫强是病理性卫强，而非生理性卫强；荣弱主要指病后营阴内守的正常机能减弱，而非指病前或强调病后病理上的营阴不足；营卫不和是卫气不能和于营气，其责在卫。中风与杂病皆可见之，是因其具有共同的病理基础，阳虚兼阴损。调和营卫，乃补益卫气，使营阴内守之谓，白其义，无非温阳兼益阴而已。至于温阳之法，当随病因而施，中风则祛风温阳并施，杂病则直温其阳。

In this paper the authors made a further exploration of Zhang Zhongjings theory of pathogenesis of attack of Taiyang Channel by wind including exterior syndrome of deficiency,excess of defensive energy,weakness of Ying qi, and disharmony between Ying and Wei. The authors thought that the exterior syndrome of deficiency mentioned here in attack of Taiyang Channel by wind was the one due to deficiency of Wei invaded by pathogenic wind,but not the one due to deficiency of Wei alone;excess of defensive energy was the one due to pathologic factor,but not physiologic one;weakness of Rong referred mainly to the weakness of nomal function of internal defence of Ying yin after diseaes,but did not refer to the pathologic deficiency of Ying yin before disease or after disease;inharmony between Ying and Wei meant that defensive energy was not harmonious to Ying qi, the former being responsible for it.Attack by wind and miscellaneous diseases were seen because they had common pathologic basis—deficiency of Yang as well as injury of Yin . Regulating Ying and Wei was invigorating defensive energy in favour of internal defence of Ying yin ,that is,warming Yang and reinforcing Yin .The methods for warming Yang should be applied in accordance with the various causes of diseases.In case of attack by wind clearing away wind and warming Yang should be used simultaneously;in case of miscellaneous diseases,warming Yang could be directly adopted.
