略论《难经》的学术思想

Brief Discussion about Academic Thinking of Classic on Medical Porblems

本文以五行长生说、整体生命观、人与自然相应观和辨证防治观四个方面，论述了《难经》的主要学术思想。五行长生说是《难经》所独有的重要学说之一，应引起学术界的充分重视；以原气学说为中心的整体生命观，为后世命门学说和元阴元阳理论的发展奠定了基础；人与自然相应观，则是中医学基础理论的重要组成部分；以五行生克规律为指导的辩证防治观，运用五行生克规律指导针刺的防病治病原则，对针灸医学的发展产生了深远的影响。

On discussing about academic thinking of Classic on Medical Porblems ,this paper covered four aspects including the theory of five elements and long life,life concept of wholism,the idea of harmony of human body with nature,and the concept of differentiation based on the symptoms and prevention of diseases.Five elements and long life was one of the important theories written in Classic on Medical Problems, to which special attention should be paid in academic field.The life concept of wholism with the theory of primordial Qi as a focus laid basis for the development of the theory of Ming Men (gate of life)and of the kidney yin and the kidney yang for the following generations.The harmony of the human body with nature was an important constituent of the basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Guided by the rule of generation in five elements and restriction in five elements;the concept of differentiation based on symptoms and prevention of diseases as well as the principle of prevention and treatment of diseases with acupuncture had great impact on the medical development of acupuncture.
