摘要
今年三月颁布的《物权法》，是一部对国计民生有着重要影响的立法。中国是一个有着九亿农民的国家，关于农村土地问题，透过现有的法条，人们能够解读出一些什么立法意图和发展趋势？这是许多人关心的问题。笔者在参与《物权法》草案论证和咨询的过程中，曾就农村土地问题向立法机关提出过建议并与有关人士进行过讨论。
The Property Law enacted in March 2007 is a law highly influential to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood in China- a country with a farming population of 900 million. As far as land reform in rural China is concerned, it is a question cared about by many people what legislative intent and trend of legislative development can they come to know from the existing legal provisions for land in rural areas.
