摘要
从铁路建设项目实际需要出发,提出能够更好的解决铁路建设实际问题的"铁路建设项目代建制管理模式",并依据委托代理理论,设计了铁路建设项目代建制管理模式运行机制。
In view the actual needs of railway construction projects, this paper proposes a better solution to the railway construction project management——Consign.ment Management, and designs the operating mechanism for Railway Construction Project Consignment Management based on the principal-agent theory.
