Progress of pharmacological research on alpha-linolenic acid

随着人类物质生活水平的提高,心血管疾病和糖尿病等代谢性疾病的增多,饮食健康越来越受到医药学界的关注,α-亚麻酸(ALA)可做为饮食中的一种有益补充。本文主要综述了国内外关于ALA在调节心血管、调节脂质、抗肿瘤、抗炎和抗过敏,以及治疗糖尿病等方面的最新研究进展。

Along with raise of the level of material life, angiocardiopathy and metabolic diseases are increasing, more and more attention is paid to dietary health by medicinal group. Alpha-linolenic acid could be a benefical dietary supplement. This article is a review about the pharmacology of alpha-linolenic acid, especially about the aspects of regulating heartblood vessel and lipids, and its antitumor, antiinflammatory, antianaphylaxis and anti diabetic actions.
