摘要
高职人才素质构建,要从高职人才培养目标出发,体现高职人才素质特点,以职业综合能力为重点,强化"高技能",突出"应用性",从而提高高职人才的竞争力,同时也更好地满足社会需求。
On the basis of the talent cultivation objective and the feature of higher vocational education, great attention should be focused on vdcational comprehensive competence,, advanced skills and practical application in order to construct the talent quality of higher vocational education, only in this way can the competitive competence be enhanced increasely and the social needs be met effectively.
