走进班本:幼儿教师学习的应然视角

摘要 班本学习指的是教师以班级为基点而进行的在岗学习,包括以班级为学习的场所、以班级经营时所出现的教育教学问题为学习的内容,以班级师幼间互动合作为学习的方式,以共同促进幼儿身心发展与教师专业成长为学习的目的.班本学习成为幼儿教师学习应然视角,这是由幼儿教师职场工作的特点与方式以及班级经营蕴涵着可促进幼儿教师学习的多种途径所决定的.而要让教师学习真正走进班本,作为教师和园长应明确赋予教师在班级经营中的学习功能,合理搭配班级的教师团队,倡导以班级为基点的教研.
