依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死的近期疗效观察

Clinical therapeutic effect observations of Edaravoe in patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉对进展性脑梗死的近期临床疗效。方法132例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为2组:依达拉奉治疗组,n=66,依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水100ml静滴,2次/d;维脑路通对照组,n=66,维脑路通600mg,加入生理盐水200ml静滴,1次/d。于治疗前、治疗后7d、14d和21d比较依达拉奉治疗组和对照组神经功能缺损评分(ESS)和Barthel指数的差异。结果依达拉奉在治疗后时间段与对照组相比,ESS评分和Barthel指数明显升高(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉能明显改善进展性脑梗死患者神经功能,是进展性脑梗死的有效治疗药物。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Edaravoe for early therapy in the acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 132 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group（66 cases） and control group（66 cases）. The treatment group were treated with 30 mg Edaravoe in saline 100ml for intravenous drip,twice a day. The control group were treated with Troxerut in injection of 600 mg in saline 200 ml for intravenous drip, once a day. The treatment for both groups was a fourteen-day course of a day. Before and after treatment （seven days, fourteen days and twenty-one days） ,the neuro-function deficit score （ESS） and Barthel index were examined in each patients. Results The ESS and Barthel index of Edaravoe group improved significantly compared with the control group after treatment on all assessment set. Conclusion Edaravoe could improve the neuro-function deficit of progressive cerebral infarction obviously and can be used to treat progressive cerebral infarction.
