摘要
１９９３年我科对４例双侧拇指电灼伤后干性坏死的患者，采用吻合血管的游离拇甲瓣和第二趾移植修复再造术。术后采取严密观察指端血运、防止出血、杜绝输液反应等措施，４例患者预期全部痊愈出院，随访８个月，功能恢复良好。
In 1993,four patients with dry gangrene of two thumbs induced by electrical burn in our department were treated with free thumb flap and transplantation of the second toe.Postoperative nursing care included careful observation on blood flow of the thumbs and prevention from hemorrhage and IV infusion reactions.All 4 patients were cured and have been followed up for 8 months.The functions of thumbs restored excellently.
