颈动脉体瘤切除自体大隐静脉移植术患者的护理

Nursing Care for Patients with Selfgreat Saphenous Vein Graft in Carotid Tumor Resection

颈动脉体瘤切除、自体大隐静脉移植术前患者易出现心律失常、晕厥、颈动脉窦综合征，术后易出现移植血管扭曲、下肢静脉血栓形成、脑神经损伤等。护理重点：①加强心电监护；②注意生命体征的变化；③正确卧位；④定时测定凝血酶原时间，注意伤口渗血情况。

For patients with selfgreat saphenous vein graft in carotid tumor resection,arrhythmia,syncope and carotid sinus syndrome often occur before operation.After operation,the patients often develop tortuosity of graft blood vessels,thrombosis of lower extremity veins,and injuries of cerebral nerves,etc.The key points of nursing care for these patients include ① monitoring ECG,② paying attention to vital signs,③ correct patient's position,and ④ regular measurement of prothrombin time and observation of blood exudation from wound.
