从核试验到《共同文件》——美朝政策立场转变探因

摘要 朝鲜核试验标志着当前半岛核危机发展到顶点,《共同文件》是六方会谈因应危机而取得的最新成果,意味着朝鲜半岛无核化进程迈出了重要的第一步。核试验和《共同文件》构成了朝鲜半岛核危机发生和处理的一个过程,其间包括美朝双方的种种外交折冲和博弈。本文以朝鲜核试验为背景,分析了美朝政策立场转变的原因,指出六方会谈不仅是迄今和平解决朝鲜核问题的唯一途径,而且将成为日后协调东北亚各国关系、破解地区安全困境的机制性基础。
