我国目前不动产登记机构的现状具体表现为不动产登记呈分割管理状态,审查模式呈实质审查模式。因此,应实现不动产登记的统一化。现提出五种不动产机构设置的方案与分析,认为应将行政机关作为不动产登记统一机关。

China＇s current real estate registration is in a segmented state and the review model is a substantive mode. Therefore, a unified real property register system is to establish. Now schemes of real estate register legislation are proposed and the executive department should be delegated as the unified real estate register agency.
