摘要
事业单位人事制度改革是事业单位改革的核心内容之一,是我国干部人事制度改革的重要组成部分。当前,我国事业单位人事制度改革应重点围绕六个方面展开:第一、明确事业单位职能、性质;第二,加强法制建设;第三、完善分类管理体制;第四、建立新的用人制度;第五,实现由身份管理向岗位管理转变;第六,构建科学合理、公平公正的分配体系。
Personnel system reform of public institution is the one of the core step in the reform of public institution and the main part of cadre personnel system of our country as well. Nowadays, the personnel system reform should start with the following 6 key points, firstly, make sure the role and nature of public institution. Secondly, tighten up legal system. Thirdly, improve the management institution. Fourthly, build up new personnel management system. Fifthly, realize the change from the identity management to the post management. Sixthly, set up the reasonable and fair distribution system.
