摘要
为了给毕业生就业创造良好的择业环境,高校进行毕业生就业指导是十分必要的。学校可以从以下几个方面展开工作:开设就业指导课程,帮助学生了解自己,开展创业指导,调整教育结构设置,做好就业准备。
In order to create a good employment environment for graduates, it is very necessary for colleges to provide employment guidance. Colleges can deploy work from the following aspects： opening employment guidance curriculum to help students understand themselves, developing entrepreneurial guidance and adjusting the educational structure to get ready for graduation.
