Confucius ideological education of contemporary higher education should not to be ignored. Universities should learn from Confucius educational thought such as ＂Teaching according to students＂ , ＂combine learning with thinking＂, ＂Enlightenment and inducement＂ ,＂ Never tired of polishing＂, improving personalized education, enhancing the quality of training students , taking effective measures to meet the need of employment and provide them a solid platform.
